CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS ON THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

1. Scope of application

This Policy sets out the conditions and limitations (if any) on the provision of services on the website vanmieu.gov.vn.

2. Limitations on the time of service provision

The website receives online ticket booking orders 24 hours a day, 07 days a week.

On public holidays, the Lunar New Year (Tet) holidays, or other days off of the Centre for Cultural and Scientific Activities of Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam, or in cases of force majeure, the time for processing ticket booking requests may take longer than expected. In the event of a delay, the Centre shall proactively and promptly notify the Customer through one or more of the contact methods provided by the Customer when booking the ticket.

In the event that the Customer no longer wishes to proceed with the transaction, the Customer has the right to cancel the order in accordance with the website's regulations.

3. Limitations during the use of the service

Vanmieu.gov.vn shall not be liable in cases where the customer is unable to use the service due to:

• Providing inaccurate, untimely, or incomplete information;
• Failing to follow the correct service booking or payment procedure;
• Failing to meet the conditions for booking the service in accordance with the website's regulations.

Certain ticket types or preferential prices may be subject to specific conditions regarding:

• The individuals eligible for the incentive;
• Non-cancellation or non-refund;
• No change to the time of service use;
• Non-transferability to another person;
• Other limitations in accordance with the website's policies.

Vanmieu.gov.vn has the right to refuse to provide the service or to suspend the processing of a transaction in the following cases:

• Signs of fraud, forgery, abuse of incentive/promotional programmes, or violation of law are detected;
• The customer uses unlawful payment information;
• The transaction is inconsistent with the website's policies;
• A technical incident or force majeure event occurs, or at the request of a competent State agency.

4. Limitations regarding customers

The website provides services to all individuals and organisations that have a lawful need to use the service in accordance with the provisions of law. At present, the website does not apply any specific conditions or limitations regarding customers.

5. Limitations on the number of tickets

Depending on the specific time, the Centre for Cultural and Scientific Activities of Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam may set a maximum or minimum purchase quantity for each ticket booking order. Such limitations (if any) shall be published on the Ticket Purchase page or at the time of ordering.

6. Conditions regarding service availability

The provision of services on the website vanmieu.gov.vn may be suspended or interrupted in the following cases:

• The website is undergoing maintenance or upgrade, or is experiencing a technical incident;
• The ticket booking request processing system or the system connecting to the intermediary payment provider experiences an incident;
• A force majeure event occurs as provided by law, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, epidemics, war, or at the request of a competent State agency.

In the cases mentioned above, the Centre for Cultural and Scientific Activities of Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam shall notify the Customer as soon as possible and shall coordinate in handling the matter in order to safeguard the Customer's interests.
